Prices are given in Belarussian rubles (BYN) for the tickets in the circus ticket office.
Prices for tickets in online services may differ from those listed on the website and sold at the box office of the circus.

Dear spectators, actual date and time of the show beginning are always pointed on the purchased tickets. If they are different from the schedule published in print editions, information leaflets or on the web site, as well if you have any questions concerning tickets, please contact us in advance by phone +375(232)337786; 337789.

One ticket to a show in our circus implies that an adult can bring one child aged below 5 years old for free but without occupation of a separate seat by the child*. Please, to avoid misunderstanding at the circus attendance, show the documents confirming the child age. Children above 5 years old are admitted to the circus for a separate common ticket.

* — According to Regulation of 06.09.2005 "On the order of show attendance in Gomel State Circus by spectators"

Orphans, children deprived of parental care, as well as persons from among orphans and children deprived of parental care, who are in boarding schools, family-type homes, guardianship families and foster families receiving state education in the Republic Belarus vocational, specialized secondary, higher education, additional adult education obtained by mastering the content of the educational program for preparing individuals for admission to institutions of of the Republic of Belarus, in full-time education, the right for:
- free attendance of cultural and sporting events (subject to availability) in state organizations of culture, physical education and sports.

ABOUT RETURNING OF THE TICKETS

ВЫПИСКА ИЗ ПРИКАЗА УК ЗКК «Гомельский госцирк» от 10.08.2017 №112 «О возврате входных билетов»

ПРИКАЗЫВАЮ:

  1. Установить, что прием к возврату входных билетов по инициативе граждан и юридических лиц на проводимые учреждением культурно-зрелищные мероприятия осуществляется по месту их приобретения не позднее чем за 1 (один) календарный день до дня проведения культурно-зрелищного мероприятия, не включая день проведения культурно-зрелищного мероприятия, с возмещением гражданину и юридическому лицу, возвратившим входной билет, 75 % стоимости входного билета. Таким образом, например, если 10-е число месяца — день проведения культурно-зрелищного мероприятия, то последний день возврата входных билетов – 8-е число этого месяца. (на основании письма первого заместителя Министра культуры Карчевской Н.В.)
  2. В случае изменения состава участников культурно-зрелищного мероприятия, отмены, изменения заранее объявленных времени (сроков) и (или) места проведения культурно-зрелищного мероприятия, замены его другим осуществлять прием к возврату входных билетов с возмещением гражданину или юридическому лицу полной стоимости возвращенного входного билета не позднее 7 (семи) календарных дней со дня подачи заявки о выплате денежной компенсации стоимости входного билета.

ОБРАЩАЕМ ВНИМАНИЕ: При сдаче билетов в кассах цирка необходимо предъявлять документ, удостоверяющий личность (паспорт).

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OUR SPECTATORS

The circus administration requests to follow next rules at the show attendance:

  1. During performances with animals, walking of spectators in the auditorium is strictly prohibited. It is very dangerous.
  2. Earnest request do not illuminate actors and animals by laser pointers and other sources of direct irradiation at the performances. Otherwise, the devices will be exempted by the circus guards.
  3. According to the copyright protection law, filming of performances during show time is prohibited and can be done only by writing permission from the circus administration.
  4. Please avoid using flash light when you are taking pictures of air performances.
  5. Smoking inside the circus building is prohibited.
  6. Persons under the alcohol (drug) influence are not admitted to shows.
